About Us

Eternal Hope Hospice has been serving home hospice patients in Spalding county and the surrounding areas since 2009. We are locally owned since its inception and truly want to serve the community that we’re in. We were fortunate enough to build our own inpatient hospice facility which opened in Griffin, GA, in 2015. Both our home and inpatient  staff have many years of hospice experience with many holding specialized certification in the area of hospice and palliative care. Our Medical Director, Dr. Aaron Buice and our Nurse Practitioner, Lori Grogan are both specialized in hospice and palliative care. These extra certifications mean they are specialized in treating end-of-life symptoms to assure your loved one is comfortable and has the highest quality of life possible. 

Your hospice team consists of physicians, our nurse practitioners, our own respiratory therapist, nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers. Our team works together with you to establish a comprehensive care plan to meet you or your loved one’s needs.
