Individual religious beliefs, convictions and personal choices are always respected.  Hospice doesn't hasten the end of life; we support its natural course.
Our certified Hospice and Palliative Care staff provides a unique model of care
focused on each individual as a person, not simply as a patient.

Hospice offers a comprehensive program of care to patients and families facing a life-limiting illness.  Hospice is not a place, but a concept of care that allows a patient with a life-limiting illness to experience their journey with dignity and respect.  These patients have made the decision to spend their life at home or in a home like setting.

Eternal Hope Hospice addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while placing the emphasis on dignity.

Hospice affirms life and regards dying as a normal process.  Hospice neither hastens nor postpones death.  The goal of Eternal Hope Hospice is to be sensitive and responsive to the special desires of each individual and family member and to celebrate that individual's life.
